品質管理部門のプロジェクト窓口担当者 1. プロジェクトマネージャーを支援して、コーディネートの手配を行い、プロジェクトの各段階の品質/コスト削減対策の実施を促進する 2. プロジェクトのテープアット（TO）プロセス、およびIC試作・量産の際エンジニアリングの問題を担当する |
| 仕事内容 |
1. 量産まで新製品のオペレーションPMを担当する 2．量産前の製品のファウンドリおよび後工程の外部委託(OSAT)の連絡窓口とする 3．プロジェクトのステータス/スケジュール/問題/仕様 等について、研究開発部門（R&D）と緊密に連携し、オペレーションの観点で今までの経験と提案をフィードバックする 4． 製品の製造ストラテジーを作成し、予算/コストを評価する。 5． 製造工程中（Fab /アセンブリ/テスト/ RMA）の問題を追跡して解決し、スケジュールを保証する 6．製品認定（ESD / LU、HTOL、PKG認定レビュー）を担当する 7．社内および外部の監査人と協力して監査を行う 8．ベースラインの歩留まり改善、故障分析、コスト削減 9．R&D / Fab / OSAT /お客様との良好な関係を維持する |
| 求める資格・経験 |
1. 電気工学、産業工学または関連する専攻の大学卒以上 2. ファブレスPE / QAまたはファウンドリPE / PIE / QAのいずれかの分野での5年以上の実務経験 3. IC製造プロセスとサプライチェーンに十分な理解がある 4. データ分析、故障分析に優れ、技術的な問題（NPI / YE）の解決にソリューションを提案できる 5. プロジェクト管理の経験が望ましい（NPI / YE / QA）。 6. 設計に関する知識（DFT / ATPG / BIST）がある 7. チーム メンバーと交流できる良好な英語の書き、読み、会話能力 |
| Job Definition |
1. Take charge of new product’s operation PM till mass production 2．As product’s Foundry and OSAT contact window before mass production 3．Work closely with RD for project status/schedule/Issue/specification etc., and feedback the lesson learn and suggestion in OPS opinion. 4．Create product’s manufacture strategy, and evaluate the budget/cost 5．Track and Solve the issues during processing(Fab/Assembly/Test/RMA), guarantee the schedule 6．Take charge of product qualification(ESD/LU, HTOL, PKG Qualification review) 7．Working with internal and external auditors for audit; 8．Baseline yield improvement, failure analysis, cost reduction; 9．Maintain good relationship with R&D/Fab/OSAT/Customer |
| Skill, experience requirement |
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in electrical or industry engineering or related major 2. 5 years+ working experience in one of the fields in fabless PE/QA or Foundry PE/PIE/QA 3. Good understanding of IC manufacturing processes and supply chain 4. Skillful in data analysis, failure analysis, and provide innovative solutions for technical problems (NPI/YE) 5. Project management experience is preferred (NPI/YE/QA) 6. Knowledge of design (DFT/ATPG/BIST) is preferred 7．Team Player with good English writing and speaking |
